Department of Biology hosted one of our graduates, İbrahim PALA, on Friday, 09 April at 11:00, as a success story. An online conference was held by PALA, who works as a senior embryologist at the İzmir University of Economics, Medical Park Hospital IVF Center. Mr. PALA explained which trainings he attended and what stages he went through after graduation, and talked about the opportunities for biologists to work in IVF centers. Mr. PALA also briefly introduced the laboratory and described the procedures performed in IVF centers.

Answering the questions of our students, Mr. PALA explained the importance of learning a foreign language, benefiting from opportunities such as ERASMUS as a student, and having a goal in order to achieve success for their future careers.

After the conference, Mr. PALA expressed that he was very pleased to see his professors, and stated that he was honored to give such a conference in a department he graduated from. He thanked the biology department management for their invitation and the lecturers and students for their participation.
